Terms and Conditions

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions that govern your stay at our hotel. By making a reservation or checking-in, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions:

Reservation and Check-In:

  1. To make a reservation, you must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by an adult who assumes responsibility for the reservation.
  2. Check-in time is from 14:00pm, and check-out time is before 12:00pm. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
  3. A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at the time of check-in.
  4. We reserve the right to refuse check-in to any person who fails to provide proper identification, violates the hotel policies, or behaves in a manner that disrupts the peace and comfort of other guests.

Room Rates and Payments:

  1. The room rates are displayed in the local currency and are subject to applicable taxes and service charges, unless otherwise stated.
  2. Payment for the entire stay, including taxes and any additional charges, is due at the time of check-in.
  3. We accept major credit cards and cash as forms of payment. Personal checks are not accepted.
  4. Any incidental charges incurred during your stay (such as room service, or damage to hotel property) must be settled prior to check-out.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

  1. Cancellation within less than 48 hours before your expected arrival will result in a charge of 100% full payment.
  2. Failure to cancel your reservation within the specified cancellation period or a no-show will result in a charge of 100% full payment.

Guest Responsibilities:

  1. Guests are responsible for the proper and lawful use of the hotel room and its facilities. Any damage caused to the room or hotel property may result in additional charges.
  2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the hotel, including rooms, hallways, and common areas, in compliance with local laws and regulations. Violation of this policy may result in a fine.
  3. Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests, refrain from excessive noise, and follow any additional hotel policies or rules posted within the premises.

Liability and Loss:

  1. The hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings or valuables during their stay, including items left in hotel rooms or public areas.
  2. The hotel is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that may occur on the hotel premises, including the use of hotel facilities or participation in any activities organized by the hotel.

Amendments and Termination:

  1. The hotel reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms and conditions will be effective upon posting on our website or at the hotel premises.
  2. The hotel may terminate a guest’s stay without refund if the guest violates any hotel policies, engages in illegal activities, or causes harm or disturbance to other guests or hotel staff.

By making a reservation or checking-in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
